Refund Policy

Returns

PrankAMate aim to process and ship all orders within 1-2 working days. Due to the quick turnaround time and personalisation of our products, PrankAMate is unable to offer refunds or returns on buyer’s remorse once an order has been placed.

 

Shipping

If a customer has knowingly entered an incorrect shipping address during the order process, they must inform PrankAMate immediately at info@prankamate.com. If the order has not been processed when a request is made, PrankAMate will provide the customer with a full refund. If a customer’s order has already been processed, PrankAMate will be unable to offer a refund.

PrankAMate cannot be held responsible for any delays or lost items caused by the delivery address being incorrectly entered by the customer at the time of order.

 

Faulty goods

If goods are faulty, incorrect, or damaged on delivery, the customer must contact us within 24 hours of receipt, at info@prankamate.com. We may request a description and photos of the issue to help us find a resolution.
PrankAMate shall not be liable to the customer for any loss of profits, administrative inconvenience, disappointment, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any problem in relation to the goods, and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than any refund we make under these conditions.

 

Missing Items

PrankAMate dispatch orders Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays and weekends). The customer will receive a confirmation email once their order has been shipped. If a customer has not received their order after 10 working days of receiving their email they should contact their local Royal Mail Sorting Depot to enquire if they have a parcel for them. If the customer has not received their parcel after 15 working days (or 20 for outside UK) please email us at info@prankamate.com
